WorkforceHub Product Configurations
The features and functionality available in your WorkforceHub account can vary based on the WorkforceHub Product Configuration. This article offers a basic summary of the configurations and includes links to their respective knowledge bases. It also includes tips on how to identify which product configuration you have.
IMPORTANT: This article is not an inventory of product features nor a product-by-product comparison. Availability of these configurations is dependent on what can be enabled by your provider.
WorkforceHub Core and WorkforceHub Advanced
(formerly Time and Time Plus)
WorkforceHub Core is a time and attendance solution (timekeeping and scheduling) that integrates with select payroll platforms. WorkforceHub Advanced includes more advanced features and configuration options. Both product configurations are easily identified in the upper left corner of the application. Another way to identify a WorkforceHub Core or Advances account is through the absence of an HR menu.

Legacy and WorkforceHub v1
These WorkforceHub product configurations differ from those previously described in that they connect one or more standalone Swipeclock products to a specific payroll platform. In some instances, they connect TimeWorksPlus (timekeeping) with HUB (HR) and in turn they are integrated with one of the following payroll platforms:
- AccountantsWorld (WorkforceHub v1 instances)
- Evolution
- Execupay
- Millennium
- Thomson Reuters
The functionality and available features in these types of WorkforceHub accounts vary by payroll platform.
These product configurations can usually be identified by the absence of the “People” tab on the HUB/WorkforceHub menu.
WorkforceHub v1 indicates a product configuration in which payroll connects to timekeeping and HR separately. Administrators and managers can identify this configuration on the Time tab. A MANAGE TIME link in the menu indicates WorkforceHub v1. That link provides access to additional timekeeping functionality in TimeWorksPlus.
AccountantsWorld providers can also identify these configurations through their Provider Portal. The COMPANIES page shows these accounts once the WorkforceHub platform filter is removed. The Product Configuration column for these accounts indicates “Legacy”, and the individual Swipeclock applications used are listed in the Features column.
NOTE: The term “Legacy” is not meant to indicate that Swipeclock plans to deprecate these configurations at this time. It’s used only because these systems leveraged the original payroll integrations supported by HUB and managed through FileGuardian.
Users of these WorkforceHub product configurations need to use a combination of Swipeclock’s standalone product knowledge bases:
